Q. GroupWise is down, what do I do?
A. First, call ITS at x4ITS. If they're closed, then do one or both of the following: post (politely) in the forum that it is down. HikerBob sometimes checks the Jolt, and may be alerted that way. Or, call Public Safety at x2490 to let them know the server is down, and they will notify the on-call ITS staff.
