Sign-In Policy

1. All persons must show valid ID at the door. (Valid IDs include a driver's license, state ID, college ID, or passport. Invalid IDs include Holyoke Community College, YMCA, or military IDs.)
2. Smith students must show their Smith IDs.
3. All guests must be signed in by a Smith host.
4. Smith students may sign in a maximum of three guests.
5. Smith hosts are responsible for the actions of their guests.
6. To consume alcohol, you must be 21+ and show your valid driver's license or liquor ID to the ID checker after your sign in.
7. Intoxicated persons will not be admitted.
8. High school students will not be admitted.
9. No alcoholic or bottled beverages may be brought into the party or consumed in line.
10. No backpacks.
11. When a party reaches its occupancy capacity, no guests or Smith students will be allowed to enter until capacity falls below our under fire code regulations.

Basic House Party Rules

1. No smoking in the house.
2. Only alcohol served from the bar is allowed at the party.
3. No sexual activity in public spaces.
4. No unwanted touching or groping will be tolerated.
5. No guests will be allowed above the first floor unless they are escorted by a resident of that particular house.
6. All Smith students and guests must abide by all state and federal laws and Smith College policies and procedures.
7. No drugs or weapons of any kind will be allowed into the party.
8. Violence (fighting, arguing, swearing, etc.) will not be tolerated.
9. All persons must comply with the requests and directives of party staff and Public Safety.
